Refund Policies:
In consideration of the fee paid, the participant understands class fee are non-refundable after your first day of class. Requesting cancellation must be with 24 hours in advance to your scheduled time. In the event that you miss a class, one makeup class per session are offered. Make up request must be within the same session. If you miss a whole paid session, you’ll be entitled for a 5% discount on your next swimming session.
